We are a group of people who are committed to growing and learning together. We, as all schools around the world, have faced the challenge of the global pandemic. The Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius wrote:
“While it is true that someone can impede our actions, they cannot impede our intentions and our attitude, which have the power of being conditional and adaptable. For the mind adapts and converts any obstacle to is action as a means of achieving it. That which is an impediment to action is turned to advance action. The obstacle on the path becomes the way.”
As a result of our response to the pandemic, we have become nimbler and more resilient. We have dedicated ourselves to the passionate creation of engaging and empowering learning experiences for our students in whatever mode of learning our school adopts. Our teaching faculty have served and continue to serve our students and families. Our parents, students, faculty, and staff have worked as a team to create and maintain this wonderfully warm community.
Eric Hoffer reminds us, "In times of change, learners inherit the earth, while the learned find themselves beautifully equipped to deal with a world that no longer exists."
